First and foremost I am a mom of 2, I have a 9 year old little boy and a 11 month old baby girl. I am a wife to my amazing husband who I have been married to for 11 years and a Diamond Beachbody Coach.
My journey started with Beachbody 2 years ago after I hit a plateau and couldn’t lose any weight. I tried everything under the sun such as, diet pills, detoxes and wraps! Everything worked but it was always for a short period of time and the weight would come back on because it was a temporary quick fix. I wanted a change and I was tired of being tired and looking the way I did. I wanted to have more energy and find relief from my depression of working 2 jobs and never having any time with my son.
Using the program 21 Day Fix, and Shakeology I was able to drop 10 lbs and get in the best shape of my life. Beachbody has changed my life, I struggled with infertility and been trying to get pregnant with my second child for 7 years. The moment I lost weight, changed my diet and drank Shakeology daily I found myself pregnant 2 months later, we were blessed with our miracle baby! I am now on my second journey and 11 months postpartum and have lost 42 lbs and have 4 lbs left to be back at my pre- baby weight using Beachbody programs and Shakeology. Through this journey I have worked to inspire other women to do what I was doing and I have been able to grow an incredible Team Beachbody Team!
